Great value for money
The offer great value for money and Good facilities. Rooms are nest and clean. Swimming pool is also very good. In house restaurant is offer breakfast lunch and dinner with good tasty food. Staff is als very helpful and friendly

What was the highlight of Royale Assagao Resort
One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.
The checkin was the only thing that was quick and the hotel provided an ironing board as we need to get ready for a wedding.
While the place allocated was on the first floor of Wing C overlooking the pool, the room itself was not upto the mark - WiFi was non existent as no range was available anywhere in the apartment. - The wall socket had only one plug, and hence only the cable box was plugged in with no place to put in a TV. After calling the reception at 3 pm to send someone with a multi plug, absolutely no one showed up for the whole day up until checkout time, hence we couldn’t use the TV. - The property doesn’t have proper security personnel round the clock. There were a bunch of rowdy guests who were drinking be sitting around the pool, singing and howling loudly from 3 am to 6 am completely ruining our sleep. - Booked a room with additional breakfast to be served really horrible quality food. Butter was a big bowl of melted liquid and Jam was a big bowl of liquid. Butter and jam applied to sliced bread that was SOUR. Had to finally ditch the breakfast on the spot after having tried a little and went out of the property to find a more decent place for breakfast. The room itself is in a dilapidated condition, where bed side tables mounted on walls are falling off. Bed side tables in the second room were taken out and kept on top of the cupboard. The main door to enter the room allocated seemed to have been broken from before and welded back causing the lock to be quite creaky. Overall while the property is big with many wings, the management seems to be giving out rooms to cheap guests who ruin the place, and the management itself has given up on maintaining the quality of this place.

Pathetic Property
I regret to share a disappointing experience during my recent stay at The Royale Assagao in Goa. To begin with, the property seemed to be a converted apartment complex with certain blocks lacking lifts, which proved inconvenient for a family holiday. The rooms, unfortunately, were in a state of disrepair, showing signs of age with peeling paint, cracks, and an unpleasant odor reminiscent of a garbage yard. The in-house restaurant added to the overall dissatisfaction, charging an exorbitant 150 rupees for a cup of coffee, and offering food that fell far below basic expectations. As if this wasn't enough, our departure was marred by the loss of a pair of clothes left on the balcony. Upon returning to retrieve them, the staff insisted they were not there. More unsettling was the discovery that items were missing from our luggage, including a hair dryer, sun shades, and my wife's makeup kit, which we had left at the reception. Despite reaching out to Deepali Porob, the Operations Manager, no resolution or response was provided. Her lack of follow-up and responsiveness added to the overall frustration, leaving us with a bitter taste from what was intended to be a family holiday. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider staying at The Royale Assagao to ensure a more enjoyable and trouble-free experience in Goa.
